MY STORY
Hi, I’m Chanel Bates! I was born and raised in sunny San Diego, CA, before moving to Reno, NV, where I met my amazing husband. Life eventually brought us to Southwest Missouri, where we started a couple of different businesses. While they kept us busy, I quickly realized I lacked true passion for what I was doing.
I’ve always had a heart for helping others—so much so that I became a two-time surrogate, a journey that was both life-changing and deeply fulfilling. That same desire to make a difference led me to the world of insurance. I saw firsthand how the right health and life insurance coverage can provide security, peace of mind, and financial stability in times of uncertainty. Whether it's protecting a family’s future, ensuring access to quality healthcare, or helping someone navigate their Medicare options, I knew this was the work I was meant to do.
Beyond my career, I’m a proud mom of two nearly grown children, a lover of all things outdoors and adventure, and family is everything to me. Working in insurance allows me to not only provide for my own family but also to help others protect what matters most to them.
